update 2024.0.1 released: it's a big change day for DARS generator

- i remade DARS generator in bash. this means it now works only on Linux, but it should not stay that way forever: DARS generator in bash should be a solid base for a DARS generator website, which i’m too busy and inexperienced to make so i hope someone else will
- i seperated the DARS specification into a different repository from the DARS generator. this way, i can develop both things separately: first refine the spec, then adjust the program
